Motivation

A super teacher can help to motivate (almost) all of the students some of the time, and some of the students (almost) all of the time, but even a super teacher can not motivate all of the students all of the time (with apologies to Mr. Lincoln). (And it helps a lot if the students do bring some motivation with them...)
